Please return application and payment to Alex Thomas Alex@psrar.org or call (760) 320-6885. Please make your check payable to GPSR. Mail or drop off payment and application to GPSR, 4045 E. Ramon Road, Palm Springs, CA 92264. You can also pay by phone. Payment will secure your booth. We are on a first come first serve basis and space is limited. No refunds. Your booth includes admission for 2, food & beverage, (1) 6’ table and 2 chairs. You will need to supply your own tablecloth and decorations. Bring enough marketing material for at least 200 agents. We are encouraging you to bring a raffle prize valued at $25 or more.  Although optional, we strongly suggest participating in the “UnMasked” theme and dressing in your favorite type of Mask! Only GPSR Affiliate members can register for a booth.
